Inside the extension, modern units with concrete-effect doors were installed to give the space a clean and contemporary feel. The design keeps the space feeling modern while still warm and inviting.

Materials and finishes

Porcelain worktops were chosen for their durability and low maintenance. They offer a strong, long-lasting surface that handles daily use with ease, while also providing a smooth, refined finish that complements the overall look of the room. This makes them ideal for busy family homes where practicality is just as important as style.

To complete the space, Karndean flooring was fitted throughout. This flooring provides the appearance of natural materials while offering excellent durability and easy maintenance. It also helps create a seamless flow between the new extension and the existing parts of the home, which is especially important in open-plan living areas.

As part of the fully managed build, all structural work, plumbing, electrics, and finishing touches were carefully coordinated by our team.
