At Diamond Windows, we understand that the colour of your doors plays a key role in enhancing your property's overall aesthetic. That’s why we offer a diverse range of colour options across our UPVC door range and Residence Collection luxury doors. Whether you prefer classic neutrals, warm wood effects, or modern greys, we have the perfect shade to complement your home.
Standard UPVC Door Colours
Our standard UPVC door collection features a versatile palette designed to suit all property styles, from contemporary to traditional.
White Ash
You’ll probably have noticed that many homes and businesses have white door frames, be they historic or modern properties. This is because interior walls, sills and window frames are commonly painted white, so white doors blend into the interior design more effectively. It is a cool, neutral shade that works in almost any situation and aesthetic. If you want to keep things classic, our UPVC doors with the Ash woodgrain foil are the answer.
Black/Brown
Another classic colour option. With woodgrain foil over our industry-leading UPVC structure, Black/Brown evokes the appearance of a dark stain or paint on a traditional wooden door. This is also a neutral and muted colour that complements most building materials and finishes and can work in contemporary, luxury and classic situations. We can supply this colour either on both sides of the door or with a Smooth White finish on the interior side (to match or complement the interior walls).
Anthracite Grey
Our Anthracite Grey doors have a smooth finish, so they look sleek and modern. The neutral shade goes seamlessly with almost any aesthetic but looks particularly good in modern-styled and new-build properties. It is less intense than either White or Black, while still giving a smart appearance. We can supply doors with Anthracite Grey on both sides or with a Smooth White interior.
Chartwell Green
Named after the country house in Kent that was the home of Sir Winston Churchill, this charming light green colour evokes a traditional English countryside character. With a Smooth White interior side, this option adds a dash of colour to your property, but because it’s muted, almost pastel, shade it doesn’t overwhelm or clash with the rest of your home or premises’ style and colour scheme. We think this is a great choice for historic or traditionally-styled rural properties, but it can work in many other settings.
Textured Slate Grey
For our C70 range of doors with a Smooth White interior side, Textured Slate Grey is another crisp, classy and contemporary colour that works well on minimalist, straightforward doors to match similar window frame designs. It can be a paler alternative to Anthracite on homes with a contemporary look, or a smart addition to business premises.
Painswick Grey
Painswick is a market town in Gloucester, known for its beautiful architecture that was built with wealth from the English wool trade. That’s what inspired the name and appearance of Painswick Grey – a pale, wool-like grey. With a Smooth White interior side, this wispy shade has the same cool, neutral properties as white but stands out from the crowd.
Cream
Another muted and neutral colour. Cream is a classic door colour that works well whether on historic or modern properties, and as a complement or a contrast to many building material colours, finishes and fittings. If you want to have the same goes-with-anything benefits of plain white but without leaving your home looking like everyone else’s, Cream is a great choice. It can be supplied on both sides of the door, or with Smooth White on the inside.
Rosewood
One of our specially developed wood-effect foils, this evokes the rich brown/red colour and grain of this tropical hardwood. It makes for a warm, traditional and luxurious look. We can supply this with the Rosewood finish on both sides or with a Smooth White finish on the inside, so whether you have a home that’s traditional on the outside but with a modern style within, or your door opens onto an interior with classic fittings and furniture, this can be the perfect entry.
Golden Oak
Another rich, warm wood-effect foil. This recreates the classic appearance of oak wood, used for centuries in British homes for doors, window frames and structural elements inside and out. Oak is renowned for its strength and longevity, and now you can have that appearance with all the benefits of modern UPVC construction. The Golden Oak foil can be installed on just the exterior (with Smooth White on the inside), making it perfect for a wide range of historic properties or those with a traditional design.
Irish Oak
If Golden Oak is too heavy in appearance and colour for your taste, then we can also provide Irish Oak as a finish. This is a lighter and more subtle effect with a look that’s more like natural, unfinished timber and clearer grain and knots in the finish. This is also available either on both sides of the door or with Smooth White on the interior.
Luxury Colours for our Residence Collection
For those seeking premium aesthetics, our Residence Collection doors provide an exclusive range of beautifully grained and textured finishes. As well as including some of our most popular shades from the standard range, our Residence Collection doors are available in these colours and finishes:
Grained White
A textured take on classic white for added depth and a more natural, traditional appearance.
Clotted Cream
A warm and inviting off-white tone, bringing a hint of yellow to a pale and neutral shade.
Cotswold Biscuit
A warm, neutral shade reminiscent of traditional homes in the English countryside.
Silvered Oak
This finish recreates the look of weathered oak for a natural and aged appearance.
Eclectic Grey
A stylish mid-grey tone, perfect for modern properties.
Cotswold Green
A muted green that adds a touch of heritage charm.
No. 10 Black
A deep, rich black inspired by Downing Street in London that exudes sophistication.
Corse Lawn Grey
A subtle and soft grey with a refined finish.
Combinations for Every Taste
Some of these finishes can be combined. As well as the same finish on both sides of your door, they can be built with Grained White interior sides. Other dual foil combinations can be provided to your own requirements, with English Oak or Cotswold Biscuit.
